 Cabinet stiles, decks and adjustable shelves are made with ¾“

domestic birch, hardwood core plywood





 Cabinet backs are ¼” domestic birch plywood





 Face-frames available in a number of wood species





 Several drawer options including ½“ melamine, ½“ birch plywood, and

5/8” solid wood dovetail





 Cabinet doors are available in a number of styles, including raise

panel, flat panel, and flush

Construction

Methods

 CNC machinery used to create industry-leading dowel construction

 Cabinet cases are assembled with 8 x 30 millimeter wood dowels and

glue, under pressure in a case clamp

 Adjustable shelves are achieved utilizing 5 millimeter holes on a 32

millimeter spacing (approximately 1-¼”)

 Face-frames utilize blind mortise and tenon construction for the strongest

possible joining

 ¾” thick integral hangrails are doweled into the cabinet for maximum

strength

 Cabinets are constructed in custom length with continuous face-

frames to

eliminate unsightly joints

 Cabinet doors are available as overlay, lipped, and flush inset
