Overview
PVC edgebanding is applied to the panel with
hot melt glue via computer controlled
machinery
Cabinet stiles, decks, doors and adjustable
shelves are made with ¾“ Pan-O-Lam®
melamine covered particle board
Heavy weight paper ensures durable impact
and scratch resistance
Cabinet backs are ¼” melamine
Drawer parts are machined in house from ½“
melamine with a ¼“ melamine bottom
Exterior exposed surfaces are laminated using
high-quality contact cement
Hundreds of color options are available from
Formica®, Wilsonart®, Nevamar® and other
HPL brands
PVC edge banding in matching colors is
applied with hot melt glue to all exposed edges

Standard hinges are BLUM® 125+ clip
hinges with three way adjustability
Standard drawer guides are GRASS® 1700
¾ extension bottom mount, providing a
smooth and durable operation
Optional ACCURIDE® 3832 full extension
drawer guides are also available
Optional specialty hardware available to
satisfy varied applications, including:
o File drawer hardware
o Trash can pullouts
o Pocket door and flipper door

CNC machinery used to create industry-
leading dowel construction
Cabinets are assembled with 8 x 30
millimeter wood dowels and glue, under
pressure in a case clamp
Adjustable shelves are achieved utilizing 5
millimeter holes on a 32 millimeter spacing
(approximately 1-¼”)
For the cleanest, richest look, doors are
spaced 1/8” apart with ¼” spacing at door
and drawer tops (below counter tops) on
base cabinets and ¼” gap at tops of wall
cabinets to enable placement of cabinets
directly to the soffit or ceiling
¾” thick integral hangrails are doweled into
the cabinet for maximum strength
Sex bolt cabinet fasteners are machined
and included to ensure precise cabinet
alignment and efficient installation when
joining cabinets
